Terms and Conditions 

Rollover Services- Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Upon termination of your month to month membership, service packages expire and are non-refundable 60 days after you cancel your membership.

Retail Discounts- A 10% or 15% discount is given to members depending what membership they are on for retail product purchases.

Memberships can only be frozen two times in a year if you have the 12 month contract.  For a maximum of 2 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. Our 3 month contract is not allowed to be frozen. 

Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits.

A minimum of one membership payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen again.

Memberships are non-refundable.

Twenty four hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
